Accommodation
LOC has made a block reservation in the hotel “Moscow” at
specially negotiated prices for the Meeting
participants. The prices are listed in the table below. Details of
room’s facilities and information how to get to the hotel can
be found at web-site:

room. Then please prepare an Individual Payment Form and send it to us
via fax. (20 July 2005)
NOTICE 1: Prices in the Table are in Euros and valid
for participants of meetings and their accompanying persons for the
stay that is lasting from September 26th till October 7th,
2005.
NOTICE 2: Different prices in left and right columns are
because of changes in the hotel season prices that start since
October 1st, 2005.
NOTICE 3:
Check in/out time in the hotel “Moscow” is 12 a.m.
NOTICE 4: Due to hotel regulations, the
payment of full cost of accommodation has to be done by July 15th.
For your hotel
reservation please choose room category from the Table above, dates
of accommodation, number of accompanying persons and
send this information via e-mail to
h-mode-tm@mail.ioffe.ru
with the word “HOTEL” in subject field.
After our reply, please fill in the Individual Payment Form (DOC and
PDF files are available) using the instructions here. Please
send it to TUAP Ltd. by fax +7 (812) 552 7954
before deadline date July 15th, 2005. After the deadline the
hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel prepayment cancellation
If cancellation is made more than 10 days prior the first day of
accommodation, only the Operation Fee (OF=3% of the paid amount) is charged.
If cancellation is made less than 10 days prior the first day of accommodation,
50 percent of one-day price plus OF is charged. For cancellation made less
than 2 days prior the first day, the one-day price plus OF is charged. In the
event of a no-show, you may be charged up to 100% of the total accommodation
booked at the hotel.
