Payments
Preferable form
of the payment is by credit card (via the inscription system).
Withdrawal from an account will be done in Rubles at the LOC exchange
rate shown here:

Bank transfer

HOW TO PREPARE INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT
FORM (IPF)
You may prepare your IPF in DOC or PDF format,
then print it out and sign. Another method is to print the blank IPF
and fill in it by hand. Note that payments can be combined in single
IPF. Separate IPFs for different payments are also acceptable.

The field “DATED ON” should contain the
date of payment and the field “No.” should contain the
number of your IPF issued on this date: for example 1, 2, 3, etc.
Please indicate your
payments in the table entitled “Fees
to be paid”, calculate the total
payment sum in Euros and in Rubles using the exchange rate indicated
above at the day of payment. Insert the sums in the corresponding
fields “TOTAL” in the IPF.
NOTICE: The
total payment sum in Rubles has to be inserted in the sentence in the
bottom of IPF as well:
“Signing this form, I allow
TUAP to debit my card on a sum in amount of ____________ Rubles”

Cancellations of payments
In case of payment
cancellation, the Operation Fee (OF=3% of the paid amount) is
charged. For hotel reservation prepayment: if cancellation is made
more than 10 days prior the first day of accommodation, only OF is
charged. If cancellation is made less than 10 days prior the first
day of accommodation, 50 percent of one-day price plus OF is charged.
For cancellation made less than 2 days prior the first day, the
one-day price plus OF is charged. In the event of a no-show, you may
be charged up to 100% of the total accommodation booked at the hotel.
