Attention!
Beginning on April 20, 2009, a new version of Conference
On-Line Services
is put into operation. The previously received login and password become
invalid.
All those who have already registered participants will receive
an e-mail message with new login and password.
The personal data of these
participants will be transferred to a new database.
Those participants who haven't registered so far are requested to
register using the new system.

Students have to confirm their status with e-mail letters from their supervisors.
Payments of the conference fees will be stopped on July 10, 2009.
The regular fee covers visa support, attendance to all the sessions,
a conference kit, coffee breaks and lunches, city tour, the welcome party and conference banquet,
and one copy of the proceedings.
The reduced student fee covers visa support, attendance to all the sessions, a
conference kit, coffee breaks and lunches, city tour, the welcome party and conference banquet.
The accompanying person fee covers visa support, city tour, the welcome party and conference banquet.
Cancellation of a paid registration will involve a 15% cancellation fee
if it is requested before June 19 and a 50% fee if it is requested between June 19 and July 10. No refund will be given for cancellations requested after July 10, 2009.
Financial Support from the Russian State Sources
Thanks to special funds allocated by state institutions of the Russian Federation, the Organizing Committee can financially support Russian participants of the Conference. Researchers from Russian institutions are entitled to receive this support if their contributions are accepted by the Programme Committee.
According to the Organizing Committee's decision of April 20, 2009,
- the support will partly cover the registration fee,
- the support can be provided only to the presenting author.
Russian citizens may apply for the support:
- if they are permanently working on the territory of the Russian Federation,
- if their contributions are submitted from a Russian institution.
The final amount of the support will be determined later. Those participants who wish to make a request for the support should fill-in
this form
