to Peterhof (Petrodvorets) Peterhof, being one of the most fascinating royal residences, is located on the southern coast of the Finnish Gulf. This town often referred to as «the Russian Versaille» is famous for its palaces and parks with hundreds of fountains. The guided tour includes the visit to the Great Palace, the summer residence of Russian tsars since Peter the Great's time, and the Lower Park with the spectacular Grand Cascade of fountains and the Monplaisir Garden with Trick Fountains.

to Pushkin (Tsarskoe selo) Tsarskoe selo, being amazing royal summer residence, dates from the early 18th century. The baroque Catherine Palace is undoubtedly Pushkin's top attraction, particularly renowned for the extraordinary Amber Room, restored in 2003. The guided tour includes the visit to the Catherine Palace with the Amber room and the Park. You will also see from outside Alexander's Palace where the last Czar's family lived and were arrested and Lyceum where the greatest Russian poet Alexander Pushkin studied.

to Oranienbaum (Lomonosov) The architectural and landscape complex of Oranienbaum is a unique palace and park ensemble of the 18th-early 20th century, which survived during World War II in its historic view. It is situated on the south coast of the Gulf of Finland. The guided tour includes the visit to the Chinese Palace and the Park. Chinese Palace was the private dacha (summer house) of Empress Catherine II. The way to Oranienbaum will run across the Gulf of Finland along the recently completed Dam, so you will see some old forts from water and the town of Kronstadt located on the Kotlin Island. Also you will visit the Buddhist Temple in St. Petersburg (northernmost in the world).

All excursions start and finish at the Hotel «Saint-Petersburg» and will take approximately 5 hours. Participants will have 40 min - 1 hour in the hotel after the excursion before departure to the Symposium dinner location. Please make your choice in the Registration Form.
