If you plan to give a talk or present a poster, please, submit an abstract of your presentation before March 23. Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgement message from the LOC. Then your contribution will be considered by the Scientific Organizing Committee. You will be informed on the acceptance decision and assigned type of your talk (oral or poster) by e-mail.
Abstracts should be prepared in LaTeX following the sample file abstract.tex (which allows one to include a figure if required). It uses style ns2014.sty, created for the booklet of abstracts for the conference. For your convenience, we have archived the above-mentioned sample and style files into template.tar.gz, so it is sufficient to download only this single file and unpack it. Besides, it contains several standard sty-files that may be needed for LaTeXing the abstract.
Please prepare your submission by analogy with the template and send the source file(s) as an e-mail attachment to ns@astro.ioffe.ru (indicate Abstract in the subject line of the message).
An abstract should fit in one page. Please do not forget to indicate not only names, but also affiliations of all coauthors in your abstract!
If you have two contributions please prepare each abstract separately and send them as separate emails with the subject lines Abstract 1 oral (or Abstract 1 poster) and Abstract 2 poster, respectively.
The registration and abstract submission may be done independently, but both should be completed before March 23, 2014.
