Interstellar molecular masers (OH, methanol, H2O) were studied, as well as their connection with molecular clouds, molecular outflows or shock fronts of ultracompact HII regions. Several series of radio astronomy observations in mm and submm ranges were made to search for new galactic sources of maser emission in different molecular lines. Fine spatial structure of the methanol and H2O masers were determined. Maser emission from several star-forming regions (M8E, W33, 345.01+1.79, W3(OH), IC1396N, L379, G14.33-0.64, GGD27) was analysed using multi-transitional observations and high angular resolution maps.
