We created a new pulsar catalog available via Internet. The catalog reproduces radio pulsar data from the most recent and complete ATNF radio pulsar catalog, but in contrast to the ATNF it also includes all available data on the multiwavelengh studies of the pulsars and isolated neutron stars outside the radio range from the near-IR trough optical and X-rays to the gamma-rays.
