We suggest a new approach to the galaxies spiral arms problem. Basically, we consider the motion of matter in a galaxi as a turbulent motion. Our approach consist of two stages. Firstly, we show that form of the turbulent flow distribution function remains the same throught the flow evolution and, in particular, maximum of the distribution function remains to be at the same place. Secondly, we consider the maximum evolution driven by standart MHD equations for self-gravitated thin disk. Initial state is assumed to have a some symmetry and we find solution as a soliton with the same symmetry. The solution obtained has logarithmic spiral arms structure and number of spirals depend on the initial state symmetry.
