Since June is the high-season in St. Petersburg we strongly recommend to participants make direct on-line hotel-booking as early as possible. This can be done using the following sites

Two economy class Hotels "Sputnik" http://www.sputnik-hotel.ru/en/ and "Orbita" www.privetspb.ru/hoteldesc52.html (site in Russian) are located within 10 min walk from the Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute. By inquiry of participant local committee can help in room reservation in these hotels.

Restricted number of rooms at the Guesthouse of Physics and Technology Centre will be available for Russian participants.
