The Government of St. Petersburg and The St. Petersburg Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences awarded the Head of Laboratory, Professor P.G. Baranov with the A.S Popov Prize in the field of radiotechnics, electronics and information technology in 2015.
The Awards of the St. Petersburg Government "For outstanding scientific achievements in the field of Science and Technology" are established by the Government of St. Petersburg in order to encourage the outstanding scientists living in St. Petersburg. The A.S. Popov Prize is awarded annually on the Birthday of St. Petersburg - May 27 since 2007.
