Taxi from airport and back, participation in the
scientific sessions; visa support; shuttle bus
from hotel to Conference hall, conference file,
book of Abstracts and Final programme, Welcome
party; coffee breaks, CD ROM of Proceedings of
IWFAC'2007 (will be sent in early 2008)
and lunches (the latter is not included for accompanying
persons).
Participants are kindly requested to pay
the registration fee in advance by bank-to-bank
transfer (account will open February 01,2007).
Advanced
payment free of all banking and postal charges should be sent in USD or EUR.
On
participant's request the Local Organizing Committee will send Invoice to make respective
payment correctly.
On a bank order, the abbreviation IWFAC'2007 and name(s) of
participant(s) or accompanying person(s) must be specified.
No personal or company
checks can be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund
If you have already registered and find that you
are not able to come, please notify the Organizing
Committee in writing of your request for cancellation
and refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of
a written notice, less a $50 service charge, if
received by June 1, 2007. After this date,
no refund can be given.
