International Conference Physics of Neutron Stars – 2017 50 years after July 10 — 14, 2017, Saint Petersburg, Russia

This is the Second Announcement of the International Conference "Physics of Neutron Stars - 2017. 50 years after" to be held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, from July 10 to July 14, 2017. Please bear in mind that the deadline for registration and abstract submission (at the conference website http://www.ioffe.ru/astro/NS2017/) is March 6, 2017.

The LOC may be able to offer a limited financial support, especially for students and young postdocs. To request it, please check the "support request" box in your personal participant account during registration or later.

We are pleased to announce that the Conference Proceedings will be published in a special issue of the peer-reviewed open-access Journal of Physics: Conference Series; more details can be found in the Proceedings section of the conference website.

Please notice the updated lodging information in the Accommodation section of the conference website, and have in mind that that foreign participants will need a visa to visit Russia, as detailed in the Visa support section of the conference website.

We sincerely hope that the conference will be a successful scientific event with many excellent talks, posters, and stimulating discussions of numerous problems of neutron star physics.
