The effect of collisional transitions 2s <-> 2p on the population of states 2s and 2p at the epoch of cosmological recombination of hydrogen and on the intensity of recombination line Halpha is studied. The calculations are performed in the framework of simple model of hydrogen atom with four bound states: 1s, 2s, 2p, and the level n=3 with equilibrium distribution over sublevels with different values of angular momentum l. It is shown, that the collisions don't lead to equilibrium distribution over sublevels of the level n=2. The relative change in the intensity of cosmological line Halpha due to effect of the collisions is less than 10-3.
