Intensities of spectral lines and the Zeldovich-Sunyaev effect are usually calculated for the Maxwellian electron distribution.

Non-thermal electron populations have been suggested for explanation of hard X-ray emission of some galaxy clusters. In the talk we will consider the influence of the non-thermal elctrons on determination of metallicity, ratio of Fe lines 6.7 keV to 6.9 keV, and the Zeldovich-Sunyaev effect.
