The history of space research connected with the observations of the in situ plasma parameters and the magnetohydrodynamic theory is briefly discussed. The correct in paradoxical way description of both stationary and unsteady flows of space collisionless plasma in the frame of MHD medium is indicated. Some still unsolved problems of solar-terrestrial physics are underlined. 12 unsolved problems of solar-terrestrial physics are indicated. These problems are important points both for solar-terrestrial physics and for a consideration of space wheather.
