Results of correlation analysis of the IR all-sky survey 2MASS (2MRS) are presented. Spatial galaxy distribution within 2MRS, 2dF and SDSS redshift surveys is well described by the simple fractal model with fractal dimension D ∼ 2 at scales 1 - 30 Mpc/h and D ∼ 2.8 at scales 30 - 100 Mpc/h. The strong influence of the distortion effects on the correlation function parameters are shown. The shape of the correlation function at scales 30 - 300 Mpc/h is the test of the validity of the LCDM model of the large scale structure formation in the Universe.
