We study radio pulsar activity in the frame of Goldreich-Julian model. We consider free electron emission from the liquid stellar surface along open magnetic field lines. Also, we assume the presence of reverse electron current flows along separatrix between open and closed regions of magnetic fields lines. Currents enclose mostly in the deep rigid layers of the star which leads to star breaking. However, small fractions of magnetic field lines encloses inside the liquid surface layer. The latter leads to the differential rotation of the polar cap region near separatrix.
