A review on cosmologically significant antimatter domains is presented. According to the conventional theory antimatter domains should be at cosmologically huge distances away from us. However, recent observations strongly indicate that antimatter may be abundant even in the Milky Way. The corresponding data are discussed and the mechanism which led to prediction of antistars in the Galaxy is described.
