Accommodation

Accommodation will take place at the Guesthouse of the Academic University and the hotel "Sputnik" (★★★) located within 15 min walk from Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute.

Fixed number of rooms will be booked in these hotels for participants by the Local committee. The reservation of rooms in the Guesthouse will be organized on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we recommend participants to make early decision about their accommodation. Request for accommodation in the Guesthouse or the hotel "Sputnik" can be made during the on-line registration procedure.

Alternatively, participants can make reservation in other hotels located in the city center. The travel time by subway from the city center to the Workshop venue does not exceed 30 minutes.

Please note that July is the high season in St. Petersburg. So, we recommend to make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance.
