Foreign participants should apply for visas at the Russian
Embassy
or Consulate in their countries. An invitation letter
required for the visa application is commonly provided by
hotels.
For participants from Europe, the Organizing Committee can
provide an official invitation letter in support of the visa
application after on-line registration.
The request for the invitation letter can be submitted during
the on-line registration procedure.
