Registration Fee
150 € (6000 RUB) for regular participants
75 € (3000 RUB) for undergraduate
and PhD students
50 € (2000 RUB) for accompanying persons
Regular participant and student fees cover admission to all
Symposium sessions, the Symposium Program & Abstracts
booklet, Welcome party, coffee breaks, lunches, poster refreshments and
Symposium dinner.
For accompanying persons the Registration fee covers Welcome
party and Symposium dinner.
General Payment instructions
Registration fee can be paid in Russian Rubles or Euro.
Payments can be made via bank transfer prior to May 25 or in cash on site.
Please be aware that credit cards, personal or company checks can not be accepted.
The advance payment is preferable.
Cancellation and Refund
If you have already paid the registration fee but are not able to come, please notify the Organizers by e-mail for cancellation and refund. Refunds will be made with 25 Euro service charges. After May 25 no refund can be done.
All payments will be confirmed within 7 days.
