Ioffe Institute Theory of Transport & Optical Phenomena in Semiconductors

Sector of Theory of Transport & Optical Phenomena in Semiconductors

We develop the theory of transport, optical and magnetic phenomena in semiconductors and low-dimensional systems — electron hydrodynamics, spin–orbit physics, Dyakonov surface waves and magnetic semiconductors — at the Ioffe Institute in St. Petersburg.
