Accommodation
The participants are expected to be housed in
the hotel Sputnik located near the Symposium site
and hotel Moskva (in the center of the city).
The tax for room reservation is 50% of the room
rate.

Participants are advised to make their reservations
by April 15, 2003. After this date it may
be impossible to comply with participants' requests
for rates indicated in the table.
The Local Organizing Committee is ready to assist
participants in room reservations at other hotels
of the city. Please forward your request concerning
the hotel reservation to the Secretary of the
Local Organizing Committee.
All payments in Russia should be in roubles.
Arrival and departure
A representative of the Local Organizing Committee
will meet participants at the Airport or the Railway
station. Please inform us of the date and time
of your arrival and the number of flight or train.
