The fee covers:
Taxi from airport and back, participation in the
scientific sessions; visa support; shuttle bus
from hotel to Conference hall, conference file,
book of Abstracts and Final programme, Welcome
party; coffee breaks, and lunches (the latter
is not included for accompanying persons)..
Participants are kindly requested to pay
the registration fee in advance by bank-to-bank
transfer (account will open March 10,2009).
Advanced payment free of all banking and postal
charges should be sent in EUR.
On participant's request the Local Organizing
Committee will send Invoice to make respective
payment correctly.
On a bank order, the abbreviation IWFAC'2009 and
name(s) of participant(s) or accompanying person(s)
must be specified.
No personal or company checks can be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund
If you have already registered and find that you
are not able to come, please notify the Organizing
Committee in writing of your request for cancellation
and refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of
a written notice, less a EUR 50 service charge,
if received by June 1, 2009. After this date,
no refund can be given.
The
