REGISTRATION AND THE CONFERENCE FEE

The fee covers the running costs of the Conference, visa support, transportation from the airport to the Conference Residence, Welcome party, Conference dinner, but NOT the accommodation expenses.

The students should present to the Organizing Committee a letter (by e-mail to molec17@mail.ioffe.ru ) from their supervisor and present the result of their research at the conference.

The filled and signed Registration Form should be e-mailed to the address: molec17@mail.ioffe.ru , or faxed to the number
+7(812)2971017 before June 9, 2008 with the note "To the MOLEC-17 Organizing Committee".

The payment of the Conference fee and the hotel should be done by bank transfer (preferably), or by cash at the registration desk.

The payment free of all banking and postal charges should be made in EURO. On a bank order, the abbreviation MOLEC-17 and the name(s) of participant(s) or accompanying person(s) must be specified. The payment should be made to:

Payment by cash at the registration desk will be available for a limited number of participants, the participants who would like to pay at the registration desk should inform the Local Organizing Committee well in advance.

Cancellation and Refund:
In the case of cancellation you must notify the General Manager N. Kucherenko (Company Business Visit, Ltd) by fax at:
+7 (812) 740-71-43.
Refund will be made upon receipt of a written notice, less a service charge. The service charge is: 3% of the amount paid if the notification is received by August 23, 2008. After August 23, 2008, no refund is possible, due to our committments with the hotel and other services.
