Visa
A foreigner traveling to Russia must have a valid
passport and an appropriate visa. To get the visa,
a visitor has to submit to the Russian Embassy
or Consulate an official letter of invitation
authorized by the Russian Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
Each foreign participant (and accompanying person)
will timely get such letter if he (she) fills-in
the relevant fields of the Visa
Form and sends this form together with
a copy of the first pages of a passport (where
all personal data are available) to the Organizing
Committee by April 1, 2011, at the latest. The
copy of the passport pages should be sent preferably
by e-mail as attached graphic file or by fax.
The Organizing Committee cannot send the official
invitation earlier than 40 days after receiving
all papers mentioned above.
Participants are strongly advised to follow these
recommendations and to apply for the visa at once
after receiving the original copy of the invitation
