Accommodation

A block of rooms in the hotel "Moskva" (located in the center of the city, address: Aleksandra Nevskogo pl., 2) will be available for the participants to reserve (via the Local Organizing Committee) until April 1, 2005. Reservation fee is usually 50% of the room rate. More budget accomodation will also be avialable to book by April 1, 2005. If you have any special accomodation needs and requests, please contact Local Organizing Committee and we do our best to assist your requests.
Please be aware that July (especially first half of the month) is the highest tourist peak season due to the "White Nights". Therefore we strongly advise you to book the hotel by April 1, 2005.
Negotiated hotel rates are presented in the table.

In other words - Steps for hotel reservation:

1. Reserve hotel room via Local Organizing Committee (NATOARW@mail.ioffe.ru) by April 1. Indicate:
   

   (i) arrival/departure dates;
   (ii) number of guests;
   (iii) hotel/room preferences;
   (iv) any special requests.

   No prepayment is necessary.

2. A representative of the Local Organizing Committee will meet you in the airport, help you with transportation to the hotel and check-in procedure.
3. You will pay in the hotel for the number of nights you will be staying plus reservation fee (which is 50% of one day stay rate). The payment is in the hotel by arriving (both major credit cards and cash are acceptable).

Please note that one night stay will be charged to the conference budget account in the case of late cancellation. If your travel plans get changed please notify Local Organizing Committee (NATOARW@mail.ioffe.ru) at your earliest convenience.

Arrival and departure

A representative of the Local Organizing Committee will meet participants at the Airport or the Railway station. Please inform us of the date and time of your arrival and the number of flight or train.
