Participants can reserve rooms at the Guesthouse of the Academic University, located within a walking distance from the Symposium venue. Depending on the room type the prices vary within 2000-850 RUB per person per night. The reservation of rooms at the Guesthouse can be made via on-line registration (on-line registration starts March 23, 2015). Since a limited number of rooms is available, we recommend participants to make early decision about their accommodation.
Alternatively, participants can make reservation in other hotels located in the city center via standard international on-line booking systems. Note, that the travel time by subway from the city center to the Workshop venue does not exceed 30 minutes.
Please note that June is the high season in St. Petersburg. So, we recommend to make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance.
