Foreign participants should apply for visas at
the Russian Consulate in their countries.
Invitation Letters for Business visa application can be
provided by the Local Committee upon
request. Please, keep in mind that it takes more than
one month to prepare the Invitation Letter.

Alternatively, Tourist visa support
required for visa application can be provided by
hotels. Usually hotels prepare documents for tourist visa support in 3 - 5 days.
