Our Laboratory was founded in 1957 with Prof. Simon S. Shalyt  who was the first head of the laboratory (1957-1976).

The second head of the Laboratory (1976-1985) was Prof. Anatolii R. Regel.

Now the laboratory is headed by Doctor of Sciences, Prof. Robert V.Parfeniev.
