Registration Registration Fee covers admission to all Workshop sessions, a Workshop program and abstracts​ booklet, Welcome party (Monday, September 9), Workshop dinner (Thursday, September 12), ​ coffee breaks, lunches, poster refreshments, sightseeing tour (Thursday, September 12), and visa support.​

*Only for students attending the Workshop with a paper. To confirm the Student Registration fee, ​ Organizers request a Student card or Reference letter from the student's supervisor.​ Payment by bank transfer only is available.​ To receive an Invoice for the payment please fill the Registration form here. Financial support Limited financial resources to support Workshop participants are expected to be available. ​ Those who need a support are requested to send their applications to the Workshop Organizing Committee. Cancellation and Refund If you have already registered and find that you are not able to come, you must notify the Organizing ​ Committee for cancellation and refund by e-mail. Refunds will be made with 50 EUR service charge, ​ if received before August 29, 2019. After this date, no refund can be done.
