Registration

The registration for ISIS-21 will be open in March. Payment methods will be:

1. By credit card through the interactive online system using a secure SSL-connection (click here - a new page opens)

2. By bank transfer (invoice issued by request)

The following are the registration options for ISIS-21 participants. All participant’s kits include accommodation and full board service from 12:00 noon on Monday, Aug.04 till 15:00 on Friday, Aug.08. Please make a choice and make a correspondent payment. Please notice that we do not increase the registration cost with the course of time.

Full participant kit 1, including one oral presentation, participation in all scientific and cultural events during the symposium, one Book of Proceedings, transportation from Riga to Ratnieki and back, meals, and accommodation in Ratnieki in a first class room (either single or double occupancy)
Full participant kit 1a, including one oral presentation, participation in all scientific and cultural events during the symposium, one Book of Proceedings, transportation from Riga to Ratnieki and back, meals, and accommodation in a hotel/pension room (single/double) 5 km from Ratnieki; transportation provided for an extra charge in situ950.00 €
Full participant kit 2, including one oral presentation, participation in all scientific and cultural events during the symposium, one Book of Proceedings, transportation from Riga to Ratnieki and back, meals, and accommodation in Ratnieki in a second class room (either single or double occupancy)
Full participant kit 3, including one oral presentation, participation in all scientific and cultural events during the symposium, one Book of Proceedings, transportation from Riga to Ratnieki and back, meals, and accommodation in Ratnieki in a family suit (for three or four)
Student participant kit, including one oral presentation, participation in all scientific and cultural events during the symposium, one Book of Proceedings, transportation from Riga to Ratnieki and back, meals, and accommodation in Ratnieki in a student’s dormitory570.00 €

  • Please remember that accommodation before and after the period from 12:00 noon on Monday, Aug.04 till 15:00 on Friday, Aug.08 is not included; please see Accommodation&Venue page for accommodation options in Riga.

NB: at the registration desk of the symposium, all the participants will receive the formal receipts for the money paid. The formula of this document (incl. calculation of the expenses covered by registration fee) can be settled according to the request of the participant. For example, accommodation cost can be stated separately or included into registration fee, etc. Those who have particular wishes on this point, are kindly requested to inform the ISIS-21 organizers in advance by email.

The infants under 6 will be registered free of charge (please make an email request along with the parent’s registration!).

Cancellation Terms

If the participant would like to cancel his attendance at the 21st International Shock Interaction Symposium, the notification letter together with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be send to the Symposium organizers in written form only by e-mail.

  • In case of cancellation of registration is received before May 15, 2014, the reimbursement of the 100% of fee, deducting banking costs, will be made to the participant.
  • In case of cancellation of registration received on May 15, 2014 or later, the registration fee is not reimbursed to the participant.
All refunds will be made after the Symposium has been finished.
