Welcome Party

The Registration and the Welcome Party for participants and their accompanying persons will start at 16:00 on Sunday, July 19 at the Conference venue. A buffet with snacks and beverages will be served.

Free bus transfer will be provided from the hotels to Welcome party and back; see the schedule below.
